Creator Base ("we", "us", "our") is a brand deal CRM platform for content creators, operated at creator-ascend.vercel.app. For privacy enquiries, contact us at hello@creatoredge.io.
We collect: (a) Account information — your name and email address when you sign up via Google OAuth. (b) Profile information — creator details you voluntarily provide including bio, niche, follower counts, and social media links. (c) Gmail data — with your explicit permission, we access your Gmail to send pitches on your behalf and scan for brand deal replies. We only access emails relevant to your brand deals. (d) Usage data — how you interact with the platform to improve our service.
We use your data to: provide and improve the Creator Base service; send pitch emails from your connected Gmail account on your behalf; scan your inbox for brand deal replies with your permission; generate AI-powered pitch content personalised to your profile; and communicate with you about your account.
Creator Base requests access to your Gmail account solely to send pitch emails and scan for brand deal replies. We do not read, store, or share your personal emails. You can revoke Gmail access at any time from your Google Account settings or within Creator Base Settings.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use: Google OAuth for authentication; Google Gmail API for email functionality; Anthropic Claude API for AI features; Email discovery service. Each service has their own privacy policy.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@creatoredge.io.
We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
