By using Creator Base, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Creator Base is a brand deal CRM platform that helps content creators find, pitch, and manage brand partnerships. Features include AI pitch generation, Gmail integration, prospect finding, and pipeline management.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not use Creator Base to send spam or unsolicited emails. You must comply with all applicable laws when sending pitches.
By connecting your Gmail account, you authorise Creator Base to send emails on your behalf and scan for brand deal replies. You can revoke this permission at any time. You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent via your account.
You may not use Creator Base to send spam, harass individuals, violate any laws, or infringe on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Creator Base offers paid subscription plans. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Creator Base and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the platform.
Creator Base is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting hello@creatoredge.io.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Creator Base after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
